What drawing formats can I upload?

Architectural drawings issued as PDF, including multi-page and multi-floor sets. If you only have a scanned or printed plan, upload the clearest version you have and we will tell you what can be read from it.

Do I need CAD knowledge or engineering experience?

No. You never mark up a CAD drawing. You upload your plans, answer a short set of plain-language questions, and confirm what we detected. Everything technical happens on our side.

Which systems can be designed?

Wi-Fi and networking, structured cabling and infrastructure, CCTV and security, smart home and lighting control, intercom and access control, motorised shading, and audio, entertainment and communications provisions. You choose which systems your property needs.

What if the detected layout of my property is wrong?

You can correct it. Before any design work begins we show you the spaces and floors we read from your drawings and ask you to confirm them. Your corrections are used directly, and they also improve future design quality under ACUZON review.

Can an ACUZON engineer review my design?

Yes. Any design can be passed to ACUZON's engineering team for review before you act on it — checking assumptions, adjusting recommendations where needed and returning the reviewed output. The service is built to support engineering oversight, not replace it.

Can ACUZON also supply and install the designed systems?
